The engineering process in geometric form capturing till geometric model creation is done very precisely taking care of all minute features. Conventional metrology instruments and high precise measuring instruments are used to measure the dimensions of the part features based on the complexity and criticality of the features. Dimensional assessment cross verifications are done before applying the dimensions to the features. Clouddews have access to state of the art material testing facility to find out the exact composition of the OE part material and match the RE Part weight to OE Part weight.
Part performance, compatibility, system performance, reliability and acceptance tests are carried out for the RE Parts and assemblies depending on the criticality and complexity of the parts/assemblies. The legality and IP protection will be given due consideration while we do reverse engineering the parts.
